In addition, store up to 3,000 frequently-used documents on an optional 128-GB hard drive for quick, convenient access to the information you need most often.

Access the cloud and maximize mobile printing

Your work isn’t limited to one location – why should your information? Use RICOH Hotspot Printing to send documents directly through the printer using your smartphone, tablet or notebook – without adding print drivers. Our optional Integrated Cloud Environment connects you to your information stored on cloud-based services without requiring onsite servers, system integration or software updates. In addition, you can carry documents with you and print directly from a USB drive or SD card.

Default duplex-printing mode saves paper, the Energy Saver Timer reduces inadvertent power consumption, and the fusing unit powers on only for immediate printing tasks. Plus, Savin’s consumable and product recycling programs make it easy to recycle.

Data security features help protect your sensitive information

Help safeguard your essential documents. You can protect your data on the optional Hard Disk Drive via encryption and help keep your stored documents safer. And if you leave any files on the drive, the DataOverwriteSecurity System automatically overwrites any of them. The optional Locked Print feature further helps to protect your information, by requiring a password to release files for printing.
